Established in 1969, Gaughan is a Forest Lake, Minnesota-based general contractor and real estate provider. Gaughan, a family owned-and-operated company, has provided construction services to a number of high-profile projects throughout Minnesota.
The Art and Science Academy in Isanti was a 19,700-square-foot ground up construction project. Gaughan served the education-sector client as a general contractor over the course of a four month project, guided by the school’s board of directors and Carlo Galeazzi, school director.
The Chanticlear Pizza and Grill, on the other hand, involved a number of tenant-improvement services rendered to the restaurant industry client. Despite the comparatively small 4,300-square-foot property, the comprehensive project involved converting a former gas station into a fully functional commercial kitchen, as well as the development of a dining space and installation of a bar. Specific project operations included extensive demolition work, acoustical ceiling installation, framing and carpentry, and much more.
